Pro Series Black Finish

Designed to fit both Audi A5 and Q5 2.0-litre TFSI Quattro petrol models from 2009 until 2017. This free flowing front mount intercooler set up is a direct replacement for the much smaller and more restrictive Audi set up.

Despite its much greater surface area and volume, the AIRTEC intercooler upgrade fits neatly behind the original front bumper and requires no additional drilling or cutting.

After much research, development and testing at AIRTEC HQ, our intercooler upgrade for the Audi A5 and Q5 2.0 TFSI models has been added to our ever-growing range of products. Built using a high flow core to offer increased cooling efficiency and performance, we take pride ensuring all of our kits are finished to our usual high standard and premium quality. Designed to fit all 2.0-litre TFSI petrol models from 2009 to 2017, this free-flowing intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM set up.

Featuring an 70mm core design together with high-flow, cast end tanks, the AIRTEC intercooler offers much greater surface area, efficiency and volume over standard. Despite this improvement, it fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no trimming or cutting.

The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the correct fixtures and fittings, step-by-step instructions with pictures and should take around 1-2 hours to complete.

The intercooler is available in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo in a range of colours to compliment the 4/5 ply gloss black silicone hoses.
